Nigirizushi with Smoked Trout How to make Sushi
You will need (for one person):
— 1.5–2 oz/45—60 g prepared sushi rice
— 1.5–2 oz/45—60 g smoked trout
— 3 thin nori strips
Step 2: Take a cutting board, a sharp knife and a bowl of clean water.
Step 3: Slice the trout slantwise against the grain of the fish about 1/4″ thick.
Step 5: Place one slice of trout on top of the rice clump and press them together.
Step 6: Bind the trout and the rice with a nori strip.
Step 7: Attach the nori ends to each other with rice grains or with water and cut off the remaining part.
Step 8: Make three such pieces for one person.
Step 9: Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
