— 3 eggs
—200 g all-purpose flour
—1 sachet of baking power
—100-150 g sugar
—50 ml milk
—1 tsp honey
—200 g butter
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Beat 3 eggs into a deep mixing bowl.
Add sugar to the bowl with eggs.
Whisk eggs and sugar until eggs are frothy.
Mix milk, honey and butter.
Stir the butter mixture and the egg mixture together.
Add flour and baking powder.
Add lemon zest and mix until just combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.
Put the batter into a piping bag.
Fill the baking pans with the batter.
You can decorate the pastry with nuts or edible decorations.
Bake the cookies in the preheated to 180˚C oven for 15-20 minutes.
