Cabbage and seaweed salad How to make Sushi

Step 1: Ingredients:
— 300 g Chinese cabbage
— 100 g Chula seaweed
— 100 g fresh peas
— 1 celery stalk
— 1 tomato for serving
— 1 tb. sp. olive oil
— 1 tb. sp. sesame oil
— 1 teaspoon ginger juice

Step 2: Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage.

Step 3: Finely chop the celery stalk.

Step 4: Slice the tomato into rounds.

Step 5: To prepare a dressing mix olive and sesame oils.

Step 6: Add ginger juice.

Step 7: Mix well all the ingredients.

Step 8: Put the cabbage into a bowl.

Step 9: Add celery to the cabbage.

Step 10: Put fresh peas.

Step 11: Add seaweeds.

Step 12: Dress the salad.

Step 13: Mix everything well.

Step 14: Garnish the dish with tomato.

Step 15: Divide the salad between the plates.
