Heat, summer, sunburns and beaches, and there is only one wish: to hide under the trees. The non-alcoholic Miami cocktail will be helpful in a situation like that. The Miami is a refreshing cocktail made of pineapple juice and a breath-snatching mint syrup.
You will need (for one portion):
— pineapple juice — 140 ml / 4.7 oz
— mint syrup — 10 ml / 0.3 oz
— sugar syrup — 10 ml / 0.3 oz
— half of a lemon
— ¼ of a pineapple slice
— ice cubes
— crushed ice
— cocktail glass
— ice tongs
— ice scoop
— ice bucket
— measuring cup
Fill the glass with crushed ice to cool it.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Measure 140 ml / 4.7 oz of pineapple juice with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.
Put half of a lemon into the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.
Add 10 ml / 0.3 oz of sugar syrup.
Add 10 ml / 0.3 oz of mint syrup.
Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!
Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.
Pour the mix into the chilled glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail straws.
The Miami is complete!
