Heat, summer, sunburns and beaches, and there is only one wish: to hide under the trees. The non-alcoholic Miami cocktail will be helpful in a situation like that. The Miami is a refreshing cocktail made of pineapple juice and a breath-snatching mint syrup.

Step 1: You will need (for one portion):
— pineapple juice — 140 ml / 4.7 oz
— mint syrup — 10 ml / 0.3 oz
— sugar syrup — 10 ml / 0.3 oz
— half of a lemon
— ¼ of a pineapple slice
— ice cubes
— crushed ice

Necessary utensils:
— cocktail glass
— ice tongs
— ice scoop
— ice bucket
— shaker
— measuring cup
— squeezer

Step 2: Fill the glass with crushed ice to cool it.

Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Step 4: Measure 140 ml / 4.7 oz of pineapple juice with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.

Step 5: Put half of a lemon into the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.

Step 6: Add 10 ml / 0.3 oz of sugar syrup.

Step 7: Add 10 ml / 0.3 oz of mint syrup.

Step 8: Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!

Step 9: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.

Step 10: Pour the mix into the chilled glass.

Step 11: Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail straws.
The Miami is complete!
