It’s a light vegetable roll eith mushrooms, avocado and cucumber.
- pre-cooked sushi rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 nori sheet
Slice the cucumber into thin stripes.
Cut the avocado lengthwise into half, peel it and remove the seed.
Slice each half into thin strips.
Cut the mushrooms into 2 or 3 parts.
Take a handful of rice and distribute it evenly onto nori sheet. Leave approximately 1.5 cm 0.5 inch free of rice. Rinse your hands in a bowl.
Put cucumber strip on the rice layer.
Then put several avocado strips.
Put mushrooms along the entire length.
Roll to the end of rice layer.
Moisture the nori edge so that it becomes sticky. Instead of that you can flatten 4-5 rice grains on it.
Cut the outer edges of the roll so that it looks nicer.
Cut both halves into four parts so that there are 8 pieces. You should use wet knife for each cut.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
