Nigirizushi with Shrimp How to make Sushi
You will need (for one person):
— 1.5–2 oz/45—60 g prepared sushi rice
— 3 cooked tiger shrimp
— 3 thin strips of nori
Step 2: Take a cutting board and a bowl of clean water.
Step 3: Take 2-3 tsp rice and shape it into a compact oval clump. Wash your hands in the bowl after handling the rice.
Step 4: Place one tiger shrimp on top of the rice clump and press them together.
Step 5: Bind the shrimp and the rice with a nori strip.
Step 6: Attach the nori ends to each other with rice grains or with water and cut off the remaining part.
Step 7: Make three such pieces for one person.
Step 8: Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
