Apples in puff pastry
- 4 apples
- puff pastry
- 1 egg (for greasing)
- Sugar powder
Roll out the dough.
Cut the pastry into squares.
Place an apple in the center of a square.
Cover the apple by honey.
Bring together corners of the pastry at the top of the apple.
Oil a baking tray. Or you can use baking paper.
Put apples on the baking tray.
Grease the pastry with beaten egg.
Bake apples in the oven preheated to 200˚C for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar powder over baked apples.
Baked apples are ready!
