Tonic Fresh How to make Drinks

Step 1: You will need (for one portion):
— orange juice — 60 ml / 2 oz
— pineapple juice — 30 ml / 1 oz
— raspberry syrup — 20 ml / 0.6 oz
— half of a lemon
— tonic — 50 ml / 1.7 oz
— orange slice

Necessary utensils:
— highball glass
— measuring cup
— shaker
— jigger
— ice tongs
— ice bucket
— squeezer

Step 2: Fill the highball glass with crushed ice to cool it.

Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Step 4: Measure 60 ml / 2 oz of orange juice with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.

Step 5: Measure 30 ml / 1 oz of pineapple juice with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.

Step 6: Put half of a lemon into the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.

Step 7: Measure 20 ml / 0.6 oz of raspberry syrup with the jigger and pour into the shaker.

Step 8: Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!

Step 9: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.

Step 10: Pour the mix from the shaker into the chilled glass.

Step 11: Pour tonic into the glass until it is full.

Step 12: Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail straw.
