Tea-Biscuit

Step 1: Ingredients:
— 140g sugar power
— 250g all-purpose flour
— 2 egg yolks
— 250g butter
— 25g cacao
— Vanillin
— White and dark chocolate for decoration
— Nuts and candied fruits
— Pinch of salt

Step 2: Pour flour into deep bowl.

Step 3: Add a pinch of salt to the flour.

Step 4: Add cacao.

Step 5: Mix everything.

Step 6: Add softened butter.

Step 7: Rub in lightly with your fingertips until the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Step 8: Add sugar powder.

Step 9: Add vanillin.

Step 10: Mix everything together.

Step 11: Add egg yolks.

Step 12: Mix everything until smooth and form a ball.

Step 13: Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.

Step 14: Roll out the dough.

Step 15: Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.

Step 16: Carefully remove the dough you do not need.

Step 17: Place cookies onto cookie sheets.

Step 18: Bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 180˚C.

Step 19: Put white chocolate into a piping bag.

Step 20: Heat water and pour it into convenient pot.

Step 21: Melt the chocolate (do the same with the dark chocolate).

Step 22: Decorate the cookies by white chocolate.

Step 23: Decorate the cookies by nuts and candied fruits.

Step 24: You can optionally decorate the cookies by dark chocolate. Let it cool down.

Step 25: Chocolate cookies are ready! Enjoy your meal!
