— 140g sugar power
— 250g all-purpose flour
— 2 egg yolks
— 250g butter
— 25g cacao
— White and dark chocolate for decoration
— Nuts and candied fruits
— Pinch of salt
Pour flour into deep bowl.
Add a pinch of salt to the flour.
Add softened butter.
Rub in lightly with your fingertips until the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Add sugar powder.
Mix everything together.
Add egg yolks.
Mix everything until smooth and form a ball.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.
Roll out the dough.
Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
Carefully remove the dough you do not need.
Place cookies onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 180˚C.
Put white chocolate into a piping bag.
Heat water and pour it into convenient pot.
Melt the chocolate (do the same with the dark chocolate).
Decorate the cookies by white chocolate.
Decorate the cookies by nuts and candied fruits.
You can optionally decorate the cookies by dark chocolate. Let it cool down.
