This salad is with pickled pork, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- 2 different varieties of lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic gloves
- ground cumin
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
Chop the dill.
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves of quarters.
Coarsely chop lettuce.
Chop garlic gloves.
Mix dill and garlic in a separate bowl.
Pour soy sauce.
Add olive oil.
Add ground cumin.
Put pork into the mixture and leave for half an hour.
Place pork into roasting sleeve. Make several punctures for the steam.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 180˚C-200˚C depending on it’s' power.
Cut meat into slices.
Put the meat on a plate.
Place lettuce leaves at the edges.
Decorate with cherry tomatoes.
