Postcard with dolphins

Step 1: What you need:
1. Milky watercolor paper (with finely embossed texture).
2. Light blue thick paper.
3. Light blue self-adhesive felt.
4. Hot glue gun for crafting.
5. Scissors.
6. A ruler.
7. A pencil.
8. Blue paper ribbon with glitters 1/4” (0.5 cm) wide.
9. Blue wavy lace.
10. Silver plastic heart 3/4” (2 cm) in height.
11. Flat blue heart 5/8” (1.5 cm) in height.
12. Blue crystals, 2 pcs., 3/16 (0.5 cm).
13. Double-sided tape.

Step 2: Get a sheet of A5 watercolor paper.

Step 3: With the help of a ruler fold the paper crosswise in half.

Step 4: Double up the sheet of paper.

Step 5: Cut a rectangle 3Х5” (8X13 cm) from a light blue paper.

Step 6: On the sides of the card stick narrow stripes of the tape (less than 1/4” (0.5 cm) wide).

Step 7: Stick the tape to the blue rectangle.

Step 8: Adhere the rectangle to the base of the card.

Step 9: To the sides of the card adhere blue glittery ribbon.

Step 10: On the three sides of the blue rectangle stick narrow stripes of the tape.

Step 11: Adhere the paper ribbon with glitters.

Step 12: Plug in a hot glue gun and cut off two 4” (10 cm) stripes of the wavy lace.

Step 13: Right over the paper ribbon with glitters glue the first wavy lace with a hot glue gun. Glue only the edges of the lace.

Step 14: Over the first wave glue the second one.

Step 15: Cut two dolphins 4” (10.5 cm) from the felt.

Step 16: With a hot glue gun carefully adhere the eyes to the dolphins.

Step 17: Take off the protective layer from the felt leaving it on the dolphins’ fins.

Step 18: Adhere the dolphins to the card, hiding part of their tails under the waves.

Step 19: With a hot glue gun stick a blue heart right over the dolphins.

Step 20: Over the blue heart adhere the silver one. In the center of the card you’ll have some place for the text. The card is finished!
