Pina Colada How to make Drinks

Step 1: You will need (for one portion):
— light rum — 60 ml / 2 oz
— dark rum — 20 ml / 0.7 oz
— coconut syrup (or coconut cream) — 50 ml / 1.7 oz
— pineapple juice — 100 ml / 3.4 oz
— pineapple wedge
— pineapple leave
— cocktail berry
— ice cubes

Necessary utensils:
— hurricane glass
— ice tongs
— ice bucket
— shaker
— jigger

Step 2: Fill the hurricane glass with ice cubes.

Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Step 4: Measure 60 ml / 2 oz of light rum with the jigger and pour it into the shaker.

Step 5: Measure 20 ml / 0.7 oz of dark rum with the jigger and pour it into the shaker.

Step 6: Measure 50 ml / 1.7 oz of coconut syrup with the jigger and pour it into the shaker. If you want to achieve a white opaque cocktail you can use coconut cream instead of the syrop.

Step 7: Measure 100 ml / 3.4 oz of pineapple juice and pour it into the shaker.

Step 8: Lock the shaker and shake it well.

Step 9: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.

Step 10: Pour the mix into the glass.

Step 11: Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a pineapple leave, a cocktail berry and cocktail straws.
