What you need:
1. Milky watercolor paper (with finely embossed texture).
2. Scarlet and yellow thick paper.
3. Thick yellow paper for scrapbooking (with finely embossed texture).
5. Shaped scissors.
6. A ruler.
7. A pencil.
8. Red velvety wide ribbon.
9. Thin red string.
10. Red crystals with pins.
11. Double-sided tape.
12. Double-sided foam tape.
Get a sheet of A5 watercolor paper.
With the help of a ruler fold the paper crosswise in half.
Double up the sheet of paper.
Cut a rectangle 3-3/4Х5-1/2” (9.5X14 cm) from the scarlet paper.
Cut 6 hearts 1-1/4” (3 cm) wide and 1” (2.5 cm) in height from the velvety ribbon.
Stick the tape to the scarlet rectangle and the hearts.
Cut two stripes 1-3/8Х9” (3.5X23 cm) from the scrapbooking paper.
Adhere the velvety hearts to the stripes.
Stick the foam tape to the stripes.
Adhere the scarlet rectangle to the base of the card.
Adhere yellow stripes to the card leaving 1/4” (0.5 cm) from the edges of the scarlet rectangle.
Make a bow from the red string.
Place the bow between the pins of the crystals.
Attach the bow to the center of the card between the stripes.
Fold the yellow paper 5-3/4Х8-1/4” (14.5X21 cm) in half.
Cut the edges of the paper using shaped scissors.
Cut three half of hearts 1” (2.5 cm) in height.
Unfold the paper.
Stick the tape on the paper.
Adhere the paper to the inner side of the card.
The card is finished!
