Omelette How to make Sushi

Step 1: Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 15 g of sugar
- Soy sauce (to taste)

Step 2: Beat eggs into a bowl.

Step 3: Pour soy sauce.

Step 4: Add sugar (if needed).

Step 5: Mix carefully to avoid foaming.

Step 6: The cooking will take plenty of time as the omelet should be cooked using low heat. Oil the frying pan; remove the excess oil with a paper napkin so the omelet is not too oily.

Step 7: Pour the egg mixture on a bit preheated frying pan and spread well to make it thin.

Step 8: When the omelet is a little fried form a roll and fry until it gets thicker.

Step 9: Pour egg mixture lifting the omelet a little to make the layers a single whole.

Step 10: Roll the omelet.

Step 11: Add egg mixture again.

Step 12: Add egg mixture again.

Step 13: Pour the remaining mixture.

Step 14: And roll the omelet.

Step 15: Slice the omelet e keeping the knife in incline.

Step 16: Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
