Margarita How to make Drinks
You will need (for one portion):
— tequila — 40 ml / 1.3 oz
— Triple Sec syrup (or liqueur) — 20 ml / 0.7 oz
— half of a lime
— lime slice
— ice cubes
— crushed ice
— margarita glass
— ice tongs
— ice scoop
— ice bucket
Step 2: Fill the Margarita glass with crushed ice to cool it.
Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Step 4: Measure 40 ml / 1.3 oz of tequila with the jigger and pour it into the shaker.
Step 5: Measure 20 ml / 0.7 oz of the Triple Sec syrup and pour it into the shaker.
Step 6: Put half of a lime into the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.
Step 7: Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!
Step 8: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.
Step 9: Rub the rim of the glass with a wedge of lime and some salt.
Step 10: Pour the mix from the shaker into the glass.
Step 11: Garnish with a lime slice. The Margarita is complete!
