Honey Cake.

Step 1: Ingredients:
— 2 eggs
— A cup of sugar
— 2 tbsp of honey
— 3-4 tbsp of oil
— 3-4 tbsp of sour cream
— All-purpose flour
— A little milk (for dipping)
For the cream:
— A cup of sour cream
— A cup of sugar

Step 2: Beat eggs into a bowl.

Step 3: Add sugar.

Step 4: Beat eggs with sugar.

Step 5: Pour oil.

Step 6: Add honey.

Step 7: Mix all ingredients.

Step 8: Add baking powder.

Step 9: Add sour cream.

Step 10: Mix everything again.

Step 11: Pour melted butter.

Step 12: Pour flour.

Step 13: Knead the dough cover it by plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 14: Pour sour cream into a bowl.

Step 15: Add sugar.

Step 16: Mix sour cream and sugar. The cream is ready.

Step 17: Divide the pastry into 8 equal parts.

Step 18: Dredge the table with flour.

Step 19: Roll out the dough into a circle.

Step 20: The circle should be a little wider than a cake pan.

Step 21: Put the dough into an oiled cake pan and pierce it with a fork.

Step 22: Bake the first layer of the cake in the oven preheated to 180˚C for 15-20 minutes depending on the power of your oven.

Step 23: Cut the cake layer in circle according to the cake pan.

Step 24: Dip the cake layer with milk.

Step 25: Grease it by the cream.

Step 26: Repeat the steps for other cake layers.

Step 27: Crush the cake leftovers.

Step 28: Cover the cake with the crumb.
