Gunkan-maki rolled in a cucumber stripe instead of nori.

Step 1: Ingredients:
- pre-cooked sushi rice
- red caviar
- a cucumber
- potato peeler

Step 2: Slice the cucumber using the peeler to get wide strips.

Step 3: Take some rice and form a cylinder. The cucumber stripe should be approximately 1 cm 1/3 inch wider than the size of the cylinder.

Step 4: Wrap the cylinder with a cucumber stripe.

Step 5: Fill gunkan-maki with red caviar.

Step 6: As well you can fill the gunkan-maki with other ingredients, for example, cream cheese or tobiko caviar.

Step 7: Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
