Greeting card with blue flowers
What you need:
1. Milky watercolor paper (with finely embossed texture).
2. Light blue and blue thick paper.
3. A ribbon with blue daisies.
4. Hot glue gun for crafting.
6. Shaped scissors.
7. A ruler.
8. A pencil.
9. White beads or imitation pearls 1/4”(0.5cm).
10. White thread.
11. A needle.
12. Double-sided tape.
Get a sheet of A5 watercolor paper.
With the help of a ruler fold the paper crosswise in half.
Double up the sheet of paper.
Using shaped scissors cut a blue rectangle 3-3/4Х5-1/4” (9.5X13.5 cm).
Using the same scissors (but with a reverse curve) cut a light blue rectangle 3Х4-1/2” (8X11.5 cm).
Using shaped scissors with inside curves cut two blue stripes 1/4Х5” (0.7X13 cm).
Stick the tape to the rectangles and the stripes.
Adhere the blue rectangle to the base of the card.
Adhere the light blue rectangle to the center of the card.
Adhere the blue stripes to the sides of the light blue rectangle leaving 1/2” (1 cm).
Cut off 5 daisies from the ribbon without dividing them and thread your needle.
Sew a bead into the center of the first flower with some stitches.
Fix stitches from the reverse side of the flower.
Sew the other beads to the other flowers.
Plug in a hot glue gun and stick two daisies to the card.
