This is big square sushi rolls. They are prepared with white or colored rice. There are many ways to prepare them. Here’s one of them.

Step 1: Ingredients:
- pre-cooked sushi rice
- smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 nori sheets

Step 2: Take a handful of rice and distribute it evenly onto nori sheet. Leave approximately 1.5 cm 0.5 inch free of rice. Rinse your hands in a bowl.

Step 3: Wrap cucumber with nori.

Step 4: Cut the roll in half lengthwise using a wet knife.

Step 5: Cut in half again so that there are 4 parts in total.

Step 6: Cut salmon into strips.

Step 7: Put 2 parts of the roll on another nori sheet in such a way that cucumbers are in corners.

Step 8: Put a salmon strip between them on top.

Step 9: Put again 2 quarters of cucumber roll in such a way that the cucumber faces outside and the external part of nori wraps salmon. Fix it to form a square.

Step 10: Wrap everything with free nori parts.

Step 11: Moisture the nori edge so that it becomes sticky. Instead of that you can flatten rice grains on it.

Step 12: Cut the outer edges of the roll so that it looks nicer.

Step 13: Cut the roll in half using a wet knife.

Step 14: Cut each part in half once again.

Step 15: Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
