What you need:
1. Milky watercolor paper (with finely embossed texture).
2. Scrapbooking paper with hieroglyphs or similar.
3. Pastel beige paper.
4. A blue thick paper.
5. Hot glue gun for crafting.
7. Shaped scissors.
8. A ruler.
9. A pencil.
10. Paper ribbon with beige and blue patter 3/4” (2 cm) wide.
11. Two eyes 3/16” (0.4-0.5 cm) in diameter.
12. 8 seashells 1/2” (1 cm) long.
13. Double-sided tape.
14. Double-sided foam tape.
Get a sheet of A5 watercolor paper.
With the help of a ruler fold the paper crosswise in half.
Double up the sheet of paper.
Cut a rectangle 3-3/4Х5-1/2” (9.5X14 cm) from the scrapbooking paper.
Stick the tape on the rectangle.
Adhere the rectangle to the base of the card.
Using shaped scissors cut the oval 2-3/4Х3-1/2” (7X8.5 cm) from the pastel paper and the oval 2-1/4Х2-3/4” (5.5X6.5) from the watercolor paper.
Stick the tape to the ovals.
Adhere the beige oval to the center of the card.
Again to the center of the card adhere the milky oval (We’ll need it to write the title on or you can glue any picture here)
Cut off two parts of the paper ribbon 4-1/8” (10.5 cm) long each.
Stick the tape to the paper ribbon.
Adhere the paper ribbon to the top and bottom of the card.
Cut two dolphins 3” (7.5 cm) each from the blue paper.
Stick the foam tape to the dolphins.
Adhere the dolphins so that the head of one of them was above the ovals and the other – below.
Using the hot glue gun carefully adhere the dolphins’ eyes.
Using the hot glue gun carefully adhere the seashells. The card is finished!
